Next Week: we will be creating graphic organizers using a cool online tool.

STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Open Khan Academy and use your CCS Gmail to create an account.

Step 2: Add Mr. Scribner as a COACH using the code CHVJTZ in your PROFILE

Step 3: Choose and begin "BIG HISTORY" an online class that you are interested in.

Step 4:  Continue working on your PIXLR Photo and Collage Project from yesterday.

ACADEMIC/LEARNING OBJECTIVE
Scholars will create an account on Khan Academy so they can work from home, invite other teachers to help coach them, and generally allow them to learn about many different classes on their own. This is an introduction to Blended Learning, and starting them on the path to become life-long learners. They can access many different classes and RTI Math and ELA programs. There is also content available in the arts, science, social studies, and many other topics. Scholars will be able to log in and work on various programs independently.

SCHOLARS WILL ENTER THE CLASS QUIETLY AND BEGIN WORKING!

Scholars will follow all directions below to create and begin working on personal accounts. Scholars, once logged in, will add Mr. S as a COACH, and modify their personal account variables. Scholars will be able to choose multiple classes and coursework to complete during independent study time, or at home to supplement learning during days off and over breaks.
